Daily Animal is a wildlife discovery app in development from MiniSpark Apps. This policy describes the current app preview's local data, optional reminders, bundled content and user-selected sharing. For privacy questions, contact doanduchieu@gmail.com.
1. No account or automatic collection
Daily Animal does not require an account and has no app backend, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDK. The app does not automatically send your favorites, preferences or quiz results to MiniSpark Apps. Core animal discovery content, images and widget resources are bundled on device.
2. Local data and system backups
The app stores Saved animal identifiers, appearance preferences, reminder settings and quiz results from eligible modes locally using app-owned system preferences. Development review-preview quiz scores are not saved. Local data may be included in device or iCloud backups according to your system settings.
You can remove an animal from Saved and turn off reminders in the app. Removing the app may remove its local data; restoring a system backup may restore previously saved data. Manage retained system backups through Apple's device and account settings. The current preview does not provide account-based cloud sync or an in-app data export service.
3. Optional local reminders
Notifications are optional. Permission is requested only when you enable Daily reminder, and you choose the reminder's local time. The app schedules notifications on device rather than through a remote push service. You can disable reminders in the app or revoke notification permission in system Settings.
4. Widgets and name pronunciation
Small and medium widgets read the bundled catalog and daily-selection schedule on device. They do not send your data to MiniSpark Apps. iOS controls widget refresh timing.
Name pronunciation uses the operating system's installed English speech voices. No third-party speech service is integrated. Voice availability and system behavior are controlled by Apple and your device settings.
5. Images and external references
The animal imagery is pre-generated with AI and bundled with the app; it is not field photography. Daily Animal does not generate images at runtime or upload your data to an AI provider. The current preview's profiles, imagery and quiz content remain subject to independent review.
Scientific reference websites open only after you choose a source link. Those websites and your browser handle the visit under their own privacy policies. Core reading does not require those visits or runtime reference downloads.
6. Sharing and support messages
When you use the system share sheet, the recipient, app or service you choose receives the content you share and handles it under its own policies. MiniSpark Apps does not automatically receive those shares. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
7. Platform services, changes and contact
Apple controls system backups, notification permissions, operating-system diagnostics and any future App Store transactions according to its policies and your settings. We will update this page and its effective date if the app's data handling changes.
